Injury Update 3

Well it has been two months since my surgery. The range of motion is back to normal although with some pain. The strenght is probably 50% of what it was. It is frusterating but it will take time. My Doctor told me that I probably will not be recovered to where I can go back to full duty until sometime in Jan. Oh well,,,must be patient. Got on the bike for the first time since the surgery, felt good, little pain in the shoulder and I am incredibly out of shape. I guess I need to start all over again.
